All orders ship from Los Angeles, CA. We review each order factoring in destination, weight and size of items. Shipping charges and delivery methods may be upgraded in checkout to provide better shipping rates and times. Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Please allow 1-2 business days for this. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in five (5) to nine (9) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the United States and P.O. boxes in Alaska and Hawaii. Please allow up to fourteen (14) business days for shipments to US Territories, and A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses and 2-Day Express (allow 3-5 business days). The exact shipping amount for your entire order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Mouthwash is not responsible for lost or stolen packages which have been delivered to customers provided addresses. Packages returned because an incorrect address provided by the customer will be shipped back out at the customers expense.
Orders shipped via First Class United States Postal Service typically arrive in ten (10) to twenty (20) business days with varying results depending on location. First Class Service offers limited to no tracking information due to its low cost . We also offer other methods of International shipping with tracking if you choose for a higher cost. Although we try our best to ensure packages are delivered in a timely manner, shipping times may vary depending on the destination. Once a package is shipped we have no control over how long it will take to arrive. We also have no control over whether or not your package is delayed in your country’s customs office. By placing an order with us, you accept the risk that your package may be delayed during shipment for these reasons. International orders must ship to customers billing addresses unless approved by Mouthwash following communication with customer.
Returns / Refunds

MOUTHWASH does not offer Exchanges, Returns, or Refunds of any kind on any items offered for sale on our shop.
If your item was damaged in transit, MOUTHWASH will accept merchandise returns within 14 days of purchase, and will perform an exchange or store credit at the time of return only with a valid receipt. A valid receipt is an original sales receipt. All inquiries should be sent to email@example.com. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
MOUTHWASH is not responsible for returned packages lost in transit to us.
